PREPPRZ “Virtual Items” are .vroidcustomitem files & .xwear files (textures & designs included) created and sold by PREPPRZ.

They are intended for VRoid & 3D avatars/models only.

By purchasing a Virtual Item from PREPPRZ (the "Creator/Artist"), you (the "Buyer/Client/User") agree to these Terms of Use.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Ownership and Copyright

• PREPPRZ retains full ownership and all copyrights to the Virtual Items, including the original designs, artwork, textures, concepts, and any derivatives or modifications based on them.

• Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and VTuber use only.

• You may not claim ownership or register any part of the Virtual Item as your intellectual property.

 

Credit and Attribution

• You must clearly credit PREPPRZ (https://prepprz.booth.pm) whenever you use the Virtual Items on social media, streams, photos, videos, public posts, or anywhere the Virtual Items are visible.

• We also appreciate it if you use #PREPPRZ or @prepprz on X so we can see and support your creations.

EDITING / ALTERATION

It is prohibited to edit, modify, alter, replicate, copy, or create derivatives of PREPPRZ Virtual Items.

× Changing the color or any visual aspect

× Editing, modifying, or altering the design and texture

× Using the design or texture to create new digital content

× Replicating or copying the Virtual Items

DISTRIBUTION / REDISTRIBUTION

It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, share, sell, or gift PREPPRZ Virtual Items to others.

× If you plan to distribute, share, gift, sell, or let anyone use your VRoid/3D avatar/model, do not include PREPPRZ Virtual Items on it.

THIRD-PARTY USE

It is strictly prohibited to lend, borrow, share, or allow third parties (other users, VTubers, friends, agencies, etc.) to use PREPPRZ Virtual Items or any avatar/model wearing them.

► Each license is for personal use only by the original purchaser.

► Always link back to https://prepprz.booth.pm for official downloads.

 

On VRoidHub: 

uploading any 3D avatar/model that is wearing PREPPRZ Virtual Items and setting

× "Can others use this model? : YES" is strictly prohibited.

On VRChat:

uploading any 3D avatar/model that includes PREPPRZ Virtual Items and doing any of the following is strictly prohibited:

× Setting it to “Make Avatar Public”

× Enabling “Allow Avatar Cloning: On”

× Displaying it on “Avatar Pedestal”

DERIVATIVE WORK

It is strictly prohibited to recreate, redraw, use, sell PREPPRZ Virtual Items as Live2D, PNGTuber, adoptables, templates, stock assets, merch, or any other derivative works.

OTHERS

× Claiming PREPPRZ Virtual Items as your own is prohibited.

× Using PREPPRZ Virtual Items for hate speech, violence, hardcore explicit content, slander, political/religious/illegal activities is prohibited.

× Using PREPPRZ Virtual Items on blockchain/crypto platforms or converting to NFT is prohibited.

× Using PREPPRZ Virtual Items for AI art training is prohibited.

► SPECIAL NOTE

Where the Buyer/Client/User(s) violate(s) any clauses in this Agreement, the Licensor/Owner/Artist (PREPPRZ) reserves the right to terminate the License.

The Buyer/Client/User(s) will be blacklisted from using any PREPPRZ Digital Content.

☆ Resize/adjust PREPPRZ Virtual Item to better fit your VRoid/3D avatar/model.

☆ Use PREPPRZ Virtual Items with other VRoid/3D outfits or assets that you have proper license for.

☆ R18 gravure/softcore sexual expression.

  

☆ Personal / Non-Streaming Use

[Non-commercial use, including small personal earnings such as casual donations, occasional subscriptions, or basic platform revenue]

◊ Use on virtual worlds (VRChat, Cluster, etc.) that do not use blockchain/crypto/NFT.

◊ Online games that support .vrm avatars/models.

◊ MMD

◊ Sharing photos & videos of your VRoid/3D avatar/model wearing PREPPRZ Virtual Item on social platforms.

► Credit to PREPPRZ is required (see Credit and Attribution section).

  

☆ VRoidHub Use

◊ You may upload your VRoid/3D avatars/models using PREPPRZ Virtual Items to your own VRoidHub account for personal use in supported games or linked apps (Mental Hellacious, Craftopia, Food Delivery Battle, etc.)

◊ The Conditions of Use must be set to "Can others use this model? : NO".

  

☆ VTuber / Streaming Use

[Non-commercial use, including small monetization such as regular donations, subscriptions, or platform revenue]

◊ Using the Virtual Items on your VTuber model for regular streaming (temporary outfit).

◊ Any streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.).

► Credit to PREPPRZ is required (see Credit and Attribution section)

► “Branding” Note : If you want to use any PREPPRZ Virtual Item as your core signature look (permanent outfit for your VTuber identity), please contact PREPPRZ first for approval.

Commercial & Profit-Seeking Use

(The following uses require prior approval and a separate commercial license from PREPPRZ)

■ Use in VTuber agency contracts as an official branding/signature outfit

■ Paid brand promotions or sponsorships

■ Software, Games (including free and paid indie), Apps, or Advertisement

■ Commercial products, Paid Goods & Merch (digital, printed, or physical)

■ Consistent revenue monetization above hobby level

■ Any other profit-seeking or significant commercial/business activities

■ Any use outside VRoid/3D avatars/models
