The Japanese Terms Of Use are identical to the English Terms Of Use.

x It is prohibited/not allowed to edit, modify, alter, replicate, copy PRePprz Virtual Items.
► Change the color of PRePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.
► Edit, modify, alter the design and texture of PRePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.
► Use the design and texture of PRePprz Virtual Item to create new digital content is prohibited/not allowed.
► Replicate/make a copy of PRePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.
DISTRIBUTION / REDISTRIBUTION
x It is prohibited/not allowed to redistribute, share, sell, gift PRePprz Virtual Items to other user.
► Gifting PRePprz Virtual Item outside of PRePprz BOOTH shop is prohibited/not allowed.

x If you plan to distribute, share, gift, or sell a VRoid/3D avatar/model to other users, do not wear PRePprz Virtual Items on the avatar. It is prohibited/not allowed.
►VRoidHub ► Upload a “DL-enabled” 3D avatar/model while wearing PrePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.
►VRChat ► Upload 3D avatar/model while wearing PrePprz Virtual Item and setting it to “Public” is prohibited/not allowed.
► Display 3D avatar/model on “Avatar Pedestal” while wearing PrePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.
► Enable “Avatar-Cloning” while wearing PrePprz Virtual Item is prohibited/not allowed.

DERIVATIVE WORK
x It is prohibited/not allowed to recreate, redraw, replicate, use, sell PRePprz Virtual Item into Live2D.
x It is prohibited/not allowed to recreate, redraw, replicate, use, sell PRePprz Virtual Item into PNGTuber.
OTHERS
x It is prohibited/not allowed to claim PRePprz Virtual Item as yours.
► These Virtual Items are created by PRePprz, it is necessary to give credit.
x It is prohibited/not allowed to use PRePprz Virtual Item for hate speech, violent expression, hardcore sexual expression, slandering and offending others, annoying acts, political, religious, and illegal activities.
x It is prohibited/not allowed to use PRePprz Virtual Item on social communication platform/online virtual world platform that use blockchain/cryptocurrency.
x It is prohibited/not allowed to use/convert PRePprz Virtual Item into NFT.
x It is prohibited/not allowed to use PRePprz Virtual Item for AI art learning.

Where the User(s) violate(s) any clauses in this Agreement, the Licensor/Owner reserve(s) the rights to terminate the License. And the User(s) will be blacklisted from using any PRePprz Digital Content.

► MMD
► Sharing photos & videos of VRoid/3D avatar/model wearing PRePprz Virtual Item
► Creating fanart & fanvid of VRoid/3D avatar/model wearing PRePprz Virtual Item
►►► Credit notation to "PRePprz" https://prepprz.booth.pm is necessary.
►► Use #prepprz or @prepprz (TwitterX) so we can retweet you.
☆ VTubing
(Streaming, non profit-seeking activities that may incur charges)
Youtube, Twitch, Rumble, TikTok, TwitterX, Instagram, Facebook, Niconico, other streaming platforms
► For new VTubers only with less than 500 followers.
►►► Credit notation to "PRePprz" https://prepprz.booth.pm is necessary.
►► Stop using PRePprz Virtual Item when followers reach 501 or more, or contact PRePprz if you want to keep using the Virtual Item as part of Branding*.

☆ Pair up PRePprz Virtual Item with other VRoid/3D clothing/assets that you are allowed to use or have license to use

x PRePprzバーチャルアイテムを使用/NFTに変換することは許可されていません。

ユーザーが本利用規約に反した場合、 権利者は本許諾を解除することができるものとします。
